For any lady who wants a safe and coached road spin starting from Foxrock Church.
A roadbike is essential and you don't have to be a member of EPIC,
Loads of lights highly recommended.
It usually takes us 1.30 to do the loop to Delgany and Back.

Now ladies, me and Jack will be leading this one.
everybody will get a turn on the front once we clear the traffic at Kilmacanogue.
Discipline is lacking on EPIC road spins so we're not going to be that dumb.
I'll do the work until we reach Kilmacanogue and then I will do the work up Winegates.
When we are on the road, ladies its either 2 a breast or single file.
When me and jack are doubled up its safe to be in twos,when we are in single file, you go in single file.
When I say double or single file I mean double or single not off to the right or off to the left !!
Its also not a race, its a team building spin, so we all work together to help the slower weaker riders along.
Helmet lights are a must by the way.
