Looking at this instead of cleaning up the mess from today. Surprisingly enjoyed it, made it round in one piece. Glad I did it after nearly chickening out last night.

Good luck to those racing tomorrow!

At least it was warm. I wouldn't recommend washing your legs with a karcher at close range, Italian guy nearly skinned me alive with the bloody thing. Nice to see some of the pros washing their own bikes.

Looking forward to it guys. Part of me wants the rain to continue. Carrick mud is extra sticky.....wash it all away.!

Well done Mick and Ronan! Got down early to see them off(I owed it to Mick anyway after my no show at last year's EWS!) 8 o'clock start for the boys, I climbed up to stage 1 with them, no real sign of nerves, really slippy when I seen them in action, so much muck to content with being the first few off the start on each stage. They both made it around and we're buzzing afterwards. Amazing day up on the hill watching everyone, crowds were awesome, chainsaws, leprechauns, priests, all kinds of everything! Totes jealous that I wasn't hitting the trails but it was nice to see it as a spectator and not have 2 months of nerves before it! Anyway, massive respect to the two boys, a lot of training went in to getting fit for such a big day out.

Fair play lads, must'nt have been easy in the conditions
                            Less Traction = More Action

Well done lads on putting in a huge effort training and racing. Tough going out there yesterday. We could see a few heads on top of Carrick as we cycled by (on the road!) and were thinking 'I wonder how muddy it is up there', well now we know.
