  • 2016 National XC Champs Race 17th July

Takes place this year in bellurgan park and only three weekends before the champs weekend
Epicmtb had some incredible haul of results last year so let's push for a repeat of the same at least!
If you haven't ridden the course in bellurgan then it is well worth a visit one of the best xc courses in the country in my opinion with a good mix of techy trails shorter climbs and a perfect start area for the champs
Looking forward to this one I'll be racing masters and looking to represent epicmtb on the podium
Who else is racing and what cat?

Bellurgan is great, brilliant course, let's hope they throw in a few tricky sections..

I'll be there racing the 85 to 120kg Category!

Thinking of racing the non-championship support race. Does anyone know if this is run over the same course and distance as championship categories ? Just looking if there is any value in taking part in such race.

I'm away unfortunately but this is one of my favourite courses with out doubt. Fast flowing and technical has something for everyone. Best of luck to all racing and it would be great to see some great results for the club like previous years.

Adrian any race in Bellurgan is a race doing it deadly you will not be disappointed. And only an easy hour drive.

Thinking of this I'm gutted to be missing this race!

You're barely 85kg! Need to split that range. I'll take on the 95kg+ event :)

Unfortunately I wont be able to make the champs this year as I'll be on my way home from BC, best of luck to all the Epic racers and no pressure John D to take home the M40 jersey!!
