  • Round 9 Results

A great night's racing. a bit cold and slippy but great. Close finishes suggest that there were plenty of battles raging across the course tonight. See ye all next week.

Massive thanks to Graham, Rory and Lawdie for timing and starting

It was brilliant racing to watch tonight. Andy thought I was going to jump out of the bushes!

Well done to the small but hardy bunch who showed up to race this evening... the weather wasn't that bad! A bit chilly but grand...

Well done to young Harry who won his well deserved medal this evening..

Thanks to Graham, Lawdie and Rory!

Lawdie's encouragement was brilliant! It was a great night to be out, really, really enjoyed it - had some good tussles! if I could only get a little faster all over i'd be doing great! Well done to Harry-Junior on the win - Robot doesn't like winners and young upstarts - it's going to be a late start next week (kiddin')

Had a few front wheel wash outs - but over all conditions were great. Thanks all - see you all next week!

Yep enjoyed that despite nearly staying at home and feeling sorry for myself. You just have to get out and get stuck in. The robot was kind to me this week so I had Andy and Quinlan to race with so I wasn't so lonely. Was barely able to keep them in sight for the first lap but then the body loosened up and I got moving.

Thanks to Rory, Graham and the pervert in the bushes for the encouragement!!

              Cheers.

Thanks for that. The wintery weather was a bit of a surprise but the loop was riding great I thought and a good challenge when damp like that.

Tough nights racing for me – man those roots were slippy!!! But glad to get out – and hopefully it will all stand to me! Thanks for to the timers for all the encouragement – to be honest I was so terrified by Lawdie that I legged it up the hill to get away!

Yep .... like you Tara, I could have doen without Lawdie's "encouragement" at that slippy park of the climb .... as if it wasn't challenging enough!!

Thanks to Graham, Rory and Lawdie for timing and starting . Great night's racing . We've probably got used to dry grippy conditions , which would explain why Chris's blood was all over the place! Hope it's not too bad.

Thanks everyone a great night despite loads of spills for me. If only the competition was for who was off their bike & falling the most I'd have been a sure thing to win that one : ) . Anyway but surprisingly felt great after. Thanks starters and timers and Lawdie for the encouragement or should I say roaring at me to "pedal pedal " on that hill ..I have never pedalled so fast in my life ! Too funny
