just remember ladies you need to check your bike is in working order for this spin, again we are not going to do anything too hard but this is mtn biking you will need gears and brakes!

Well that was a great spin this morning. We had 18 girls out in total which is way more than i thought would come. We covered sesame st, xtc, son of bench cut, across the river into powerscourt, back up the earls drive and home. I was really impressed with everyone. You girls tried everything that we threw at you. We had a few spills and tumbles but everyone stood up smiling. I think over the 2 hours everyone made a bit of an improvement which is great to see. I think woman of the spin has to be Anthea......shes some animal!!!
