The big question is will Big Boned Smithers turn up on those paper thin Schwalbes? Did you see the pebble that shredded his tyre? The state of of him last week! I tried to warn him but he's stubborn as a mule. I'm seriously considering setting up my second wheelset for wet weather, no more changing tires every 20 minutes depending on the weather. If Catherine finds me in the kitchen one more time frothing out the mouth covered in goo and using the Newbridge cutlery to gunther off my tires I'll be issued with papers. Wet and dry racing wheels, now that would be sweet.

Well ... I'm lovin' my Nobby Nics so far! But then I'm inclined to go around rocky obstacles at a gentle pace ..... unlike Smithers!!

Schwalbes are a great tyre when they have air in them.

I rock the big fat 2.2 Rubber Queens as sold to me my Alfie, he promised they would deliver me constant 12min laptimes around lead mines trail.

And they have the big tubeless writing on the side that make them look extra cool and me also by default!

Yep got me a set of 2.2 rubber queens from Alfie too, they're great, just won't fit the anthem so have them on the hardtail, might use it Thursday, but if this rain keeps up I'll be more concerned about a rubber suit!

I hope you Rubber Queens lads are running the German built black chilli versions and not the Taiwainese stuff that washes out between the shed and the car.

Jeasus lads....same tyres for winter and summer and for wet and dry. As long as it says tubless on the side.
Racing nobby bronson evo turbo whatever!

Rubber queens are the best tyres for 140mm travel bikes..it even says it if you run the tyre backwards..

If I run my tyres backwards I swear I hear the devil telling me to wear knee pads and a full face helmet
