How to post and image on the forum

Method #1 - Upload a photo from your phone

Tapatalk app is the most straight forward way to do this

When writing a post reply with Tapatalk, there should be "Photos Files" button available, click this



Then these are the options, simple as

Method #2 - via Facebook / anywhere image already hosted on line

Lets assume you or your mate has a photo on Facebook you want to share on the forum

Go to the photo you want to share.

Then mouse over the image and right click to show the menu.

Click the 'copy image location' option then make your way to the your post when you want to insert the image.

Write up your post and when you come to where you want to insert the image select he image icon from the tool bar above where you are entering the text. See the image below (1),



Ensuring you have selected the 'From URL' tab selected paste the link you got from Facebook into the box. Then make sure you have left the 'retrieve the file and reference locally' un ticked and then press OK.

Once that is done your image will appear in your post

Method #3 - Post an image saved on your computer

If you have photos stored on a device you need to host them on line before you can embed them in a post, there is the method above called hot linking but there are a number of free 3rd party services that you can use also. For this guide I'm going to use Photobucket if you haven't already gotten a photo bucket account sign up.

Once signed up the upload button is very easy spot, upload your images there. Then navigate your way to the image you want to post on to the forum and on the right of the page you will see these options titled 'Image links'

Click on the direct link option, that will copy the link automatically for you. Then go to the Epic forum and write your post and where you want your image to appear .
