EPIC MTB run a beginner/introductory spins from time to time, so here are some general guidelines if you are a newcomer to EPIC.People should be over 18 and have a reasonable fitness level and be up for the craic.What do I need?
- • Helmet
- • A fully functioning entry level MTB with working brakes and gears.
- • 2 tubes
- • Tyre levers
- • Pump
- • Powerlink
- • Multi tool
- • Bottle & drink
- • Food
- • Proper shoes and pedals = either spds and spd shoes or proper flats shoes like 5.10s and proper flats Shimano DXs or any with multiple pins.
- • A base layer is essential regardless of the weather.
- • Light rain-jacket (absolutely no cotton tracksuits allowed).
- Change of clothes (optional but recommended)
