    That was a super day, glad to hear everybody thought the journey north worth while, some speed on the descents whizzing through the trees thanks Colm for the wheel to follow have to admit glad to get back for lunch...... followed by afternoon tea and cake thanks Graham

    Cheers Terry and all. I had zero energy today and struggled from the start.

    Delighted I made it around the red trail and sorry I couldn’t stay with you for the extra loop.

    Looking forward to the next spin and getting some speed back in my legs.

    That was a brilliant spin Terry, it was just perfect but i have been knackered since.
    Love Rostrevor.
    Like the new cafe there but unfortunately they dont do burgers.

    Dont worry Daragh you mostly missed a never ending horrible climb by leaving when you did.

    Terry told me to go out today and do 20 km with lots of climbing - so I did, and he was right, I was all the better for it - flying on the descents
