    It's not that bad, i'd certainly put in more miles if I was doing the 200k though, the 160 will be grand!...

    ....you have a food stop not long into the event, then a waterstop, then into Laragh for a big feed, up the climb on Military road to Sallygap, and then it's
    almost downhill all the way back...

    Main thing is, Pace yourself, it's not a race! And there'll be a few of us to cycle around with and have the craic....!

    So does anyone fancy doing a bit of training on the raid for this? I'm thinking long steady spins.

    Was hoping to do this and then realised it's the same weekend as EWS. I'd be up for some road spins.

    Right so, If I can do 96 on the mountain bike I'm sure I can do 200 on the CX bike :-)

    Right just signed up for the 200! I'll also be on my cx bike....Sure all the cool kids are. Never done 200km before, I'd be up for some long roadie spins too batster!
